Her transition into the wine industry followed international experience with Tui Travel PLC and AccorHospitality.

Day 1

Welcome to Rome: Upon arrival in Rome, guests will be warmly welcomed at Palazzo Vilon an exclusive boutique property. Inside the historic Rione Campo Marzio district, just a short stroll from the Spanish Steps, the palazzo offers a blend of modern comforts within a timeless setting, creating an intimate and familial ambience.

After settling in, guests will have the opportunity to unwind before indulging in a welcome dinner overlooking the serene Cembalo Gardens of Palazzo Borghese.

 For those desiring an extended stay in Rome, additional days can be arranged upon request. With its multifaceted charm, Rome promises a unique experience with every visit. Accompanied by experienced art historians, guests can explore the city’s rich heritage, gaining exclusive access to hidden gems like renowned museums, upper galleries, the Raphael Rooms, the Sistine Chapel, and more.

Day 2 

Breakfast with a view and Fattoria Le Pupille: The day starts with a memorable breakfast served on one of Rome’s most stunning private terraces at Palazzo Taverna, where Chef Violante Gonzaga Guerrieri will prepare an intimate meal against the backdrop of breathtaking views. Following breakfast, guests will journey to Maremma for lunch at Villa Talamo, enjoying scenic views of the Tuscan islands.

After lunch, venture to the renowned Estate Fattoria Le Pupille for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the vineyards and cellar, followed by a private dinner hosted by Elisabetta Geppetti. Indulge in regionally inspired dishes by acclaimed chef Valeria Piccini (Caino 2 Michelin-starred Restaurant), paired expertly with fine wines from the estate.

Day 3

Tuscan Archipelago by boat and Maremma Park: Guests can sail through the Tuscan archipelago or along the stunning coasts of Monte Argentario on a luxurious yacht, departing just minutes from Villa Talamo while enjoying a seafood lunch with rosé wines, followed by a sunset cocktail by the pool and a relaxed dinner in the villa’s garden.

As another option, they can embark on a private nature excursion to Maremma Park, guided by an expert as they explore the diverse landscapes and visit a Maremmane cow farm. They will traverse the Uccellina chain in a 4×4 Range Rover to reach Poggio delle Sugherine and enjoy panoramic views and a twilight aperitif crafted by Fattoria delle Pupille.

Day 4

Live like an Etruscan and Tua Rita: Day four invites guests to delve into the world of Tua Rita and the Costa degli Etruschi. Begin with a private vineyard and cellar tour, followed by a curated wine tasting with the family. Lunch amidst the vineyards precedes a coastal excursion with options for relaxation or exploration.

The coastal journey includes a private guided visit to Populonia, an Etruscan site overlooking the Gulf of Baratti. Aperitifs at Populonia Castle lead to an exclusive dinner at the Etruscan Museum of Populonia, featuring dishes blending Etruscan culinary traditions with creative chef-inspired creations, all within the Gasparri Family’s private collection.

Day 5

Timeless Journey and Petrolo: A captivating journey through Tuscany with rare vintage cars leads guests to Petrolo, promising an exploration of timeless beauty. Accommodations, dating back to the 1300s, showcase biodiversity and sustainability. Notable landmarks like the Torre di Galatrona and Pieve Romanica di Galatrona await exploration, embodying Petrolo’s connection to the Renaissance.

After visits to Vigna Campo Lusso, Vigna Bòggina. the Bòggina B and the red cellars, guests enjoy al fresco lunches in Vigna Campaccio. Nature experiences include olive grove and honey tastings, while activities range from ceramic classes to floral workshops.

Day 6

Truffle hunting, spirits and Tuscan cigar: The region offers a truffle hunting experience led by a professional and a Lagotto Romagnolo dog, followed by a feast pairing truffle finds with Petrolo wines.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy golf at Royal Golf La Bagnaia with Rocco Sanjust or a wellness retreat at ADLER Spa Resort Thermae. In the late afternoon, an aromatic excursion to Italy’s first gin distillery near Vallombrosa Abbey awaits.

Back at Villa Petrolo, guests can join a craft cocktail class. The evening features a private concert and a rare Tuscan cigar tasting led by a Cigar Club connoisseur. It’s a luxurious Tuscan experience.

Day 7

Tolaini and Siena: Guests are invited to start their day with yoga and pilates sessions adaptable to all levels, amidst the vineyards upon request. After breakfast at Villa Petrolo, they’ll enjoy an exclusive tour of the Tolaini winery followed by wine tastings paired with Tuscan cuisine.

A guided tour of Siena’s historic sites and neighborhoods will be led by an art historian. The day concludes with dinner at Arnolfo, a 2-Michelin-starred restaurant offering seasonal specialties curated by Chef Gaetano Trovato, boasting magnificent views of Colle di Val d’Elsa’s historical center.

Day 8

Chianti and uncover Tuscany your way: There are various activities tailored to guests’ preferences and available upon request.

  • Butcher and Meat Experience: Guests can visit a local butcher shop to learn about the craft of butchery and sample the finest cuts of local meat.
  • Cheese Tasting: A tour of a dairy farm allows guests to discover the uniqueness of local cheeses and sample dairy products from various local companies.
  • Tuscany by Bike: Guests can explore the picturesque landscapes of Chianti on a bespoke e-bike tour, blending adventure and tranquility while appreciating the iconic scenery.
  • Romantic Hot Air Balloon Tour: A magical view of the Tuscan landscape from the comfort of a hot air balloon basket, taking in the colors and shapes of the region from above.
  • Photography Tour: Professional photographers will guide guests to capture the essence of Tuscany at sunrise or sunset, exploring charming medieval hamlets, countryside lanes, and other scenic spots.

Day 9

Florence: Guests are invited to discover the essence of Florence’s Renaissance heritage through exclusive visits to three iconic monuments and hidden treasures along the Lungarno. They’ll gain access to a stunning Renaissance masterpiece and a magnificent nymphaeum tucked away in an aristocratic palace. If desired, they can explore Florence’s enchanting gardens with an experienced horticulturist, visiting both the renowned Boboli Garden and the lesser-known Giardino Torrigiani.

Following lunch at a villa overlooking Florence, guests will meet skilled artisans from the Oltrarno neighbourhood, known for their craftsmanship and creativity. In the evening, dinner awaits at Atto di Vito Mollica in the historic Corte degli Imperatori at Palazzo Portinari, offering culinary delights focused on unexpected flavour combinations. Alternatively, guests can opt for the traditional excellence of Enoteca Pinchiorri.

Accommodations will be at the St. Regis Florence, a 15th-century palazzo along the Arno River, known for hosting royalty and tastemakers.
